At Warren SOS, we are dedicated to empowering seniors to age gracefully in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to provide the support and assistance needed for seniors to maintain their independence and quality of life. We believe that every senior deserves the opportunity to live in a familiar and secure environment while receiving the care they require
Mission
Our mission is to strengthen the community by enhancing the quality of people’s lives.
Our goals are to insulate the Warren SOS from financial support fluctuations, have a strong bond and cooperation and collaboration with other services providers within the community. Program growth through increased referrals, and have a diversified activities program fostering independence living to those residing in the Warren Original School District of Marshall and Polk Counties and Alvarado and Oslo communities.

Meet our Staff
Susan is the Program Director at Warren SOS. She has Nursing and Human Services degrees and has worked in various healthcare settings. She manages grants, volunteers and day-to-day operations of the Warren SOS. She is trained State evidence-based class leader and trainer, REST trainer and caregiver consultant. Her contact number is 218.745.4005. Monday - Friday 9- 2 pm at the Warren Community Center. Email: msjts@ruralaccess.net.
Julie is the Warren SOS Outreach Coordinator for Alvarado and Oslo communities. She has worked Human Resources services. She coordinates our services to community members in these areas. She is a REST volunteer companion and MOB class leader. Her office hours/day are Tuesday 9-1 pm at the Oslo Community Center and Friday 9-1 pm Alvarado Mall Email: alvoslsos@midco.net

Non medical service provider
Warren SOS provides services with the help of local Neighborhood Volunteers, staff and other aging care providers to help you or your loved one live in their own home.
